How long does it take to create a website?
Time varies based on size, content and functionality. Typically, a medium site can take 4 – 6 weeks.
Do you create custom HTML sites?
No. All our sites use WordPress as the backend code and database. This in fact, shortens development time, cost, and allows for additional features to be added easily.
Can you lift the current content from my existing site?

Will you be outsourcing any of the development, or developing outside the U.S.?
How many pages will my website be?
This depends on your company’s needs. Search engines like sites with several pages of quality text and standard pages that include Home, About Us, FAQs, Product/Service, Contact Us, Blog, News, Privacy and Terms of Conditions. We will work with you to determine your needs.
How much input will I have with my website design?
During our initial consultation, we will ask you questions to get a feel for your business, the tone and style you want to portray, and the types of web design styles you like. This will give us an idea of the type of aesthetics you’re looking for in terms of site components and provide strategic information as to the purpose of your new site, your target audience and the content it should contain.
What do you need from me to get started?
Typically, you need to provide any images, text, or other content you want on your site. If you choose to have the text done by the firm’s copywriters, you’ll need to provide basic information. If you provide your own copy, it may need a few tweaks for better search engine optimization or design presentation.
Will my website be built to expand as my business grows?
It’s critical that your website is built with room to grow, especially if your company may add new products or services in the future. All of our sites are scalable.
Can you create a logo for my site?
Absolutely! Our designers can create a logo for your business as part of your initial project quote or for an additional fee.
Can you help me get images for my website?
Yes! Having actual photos pertaining to your business is always best for that unique factor, but oftentimes stock images are necessary. We use only iStock images.
I already have an established brand, will my website provide a consistent look?
Yes! We will work with you maintaining brand consistency by researching your marketing materials, products etc.
Will my website be compatible with smartphones, tablets and other mobile devices?
Mobile websites are a must for businesses with an online presence. All of our websites are responsive and tested on various tablets and smart phones.
Do you build search engine optimization into websites?
Yes! All our websites are developed with SEO in mind.
How do you determine keywords for my site?
Having the right keywords on each page of your site is an essential SEO marketing component. If you are relying on organic search traffic to meet your goals it would be a good idea to have us conduct a site audit and keyword study. Additional cost would apply.
What type of content management system do you use?
Do you offer e-commerce services?
Yes! In addition to web design and development, we also offer e-commerce services for businesses conducting online sales. Additional cost apply.
What web standards and practices do you follow?
CSS and HTML standards established by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
Do you offer domain name registration and hosting?
We work with you setting up your domain name and hosting accounts if you don’t have one. We recommend using Godaddy. Godaddy is #1 in service and has 24 hour live support.
Will I be able to see the website as you’re creating it?
Yes! We setup a password protected server that you can access while the website is in development.
Will the functionality of my website be tested before it goes live?
Yes! We will test for syntax errors, cross-browser compatibility, correctly uploaded files, and functionality of forms, links, scripts and other elements on the website.
Will my current site experience downtime as you update it?
Yes and No.
If your site is currently hosted by Godaddy, the downtime will be zero.
If your site will be migrated from one hosing company to another, a downtime of one to three days could occur while domain rights are being transferred.
Will I own my website once it’s completed?
Great question…. Yes! Unlike other web design companies, we don’t license your website to you. You hold the keys and own all the content, code, and rights to the site. This is why we recommend you setting up your site with Godaddy instead of having us own the hosting account.
Who owns the site’s artwork?
You do! This includes icons, images, and copy.
Will you integrate social media into my web design?
Yes! We recommend adding social media icons to your site. If you don’t have social accounts, then we can set them up for you for an additional cost.
Do you offer on-going maintenance after my site goes live?
Yes! Instead of charging you $500 a month maintenance fee, we charge only $65 an hour for any work completed on the site. This is great because, some months you may want a lot of changes and some months you may have none.

Are you a Google Partner?
Yes! We have been a Google partner since 2015.
Do you have a monthly minimum ad spend?
Yes! Our minimum monthly ad spend is $1,000.
Will my paid search campaigns reach users on their desktops, mobile phones and tablets?
Yes! All our ads will show on devices.
How will you report, and how often?
We will provide you scheduled reports monthly. We use Adwords and Analytics in a format that is very straightforward.
How often will we be talking?
We are available anytime 9-5 via phone or email. In the initial couple of months you can estimate meeting with us 2-3 times a month.
Is your contract month-to-month?
All of our contracts are month-to-month.
Do you have direct relationships with the search engines to expedite access to betas/resolve issues?
We have an extremely close relationship with Google. They love us because they see us help our clients grow – and spend more. Through them, we get access to account specialists and expedited resolutions of issues.
Can You Guarantee Specific Results?
No. Nobody can. Anyone who tells you they can guarantee you a top spot, or that they have a “relationship” with a search engine is either lying or doing something shady and/or dangerous.
How Long Will It Take to See Results?
We will need to check how competitive your niche is, but typically it takes about three to six months to start seeing results. The simple truth about SEO is that it takes time. There are measurable metrics at work that need to be influenced in order to improve your ranking.
